My approach to psychotherapy is humanistic and person-centred, grounded in the belief that every individual holds within them the capacity for growth and balance. Therapy is not about being “fixed” — it is about remembering what is already whole, and moving at the pace of trust.

The foundation of my work is trauma-informed and integrative.
I draw from Gestalt therapy, somatic experiencing, mindfulness practices, sound therapy, and NSDR to support nervous system regulation and reconnection with inner resources. Each session is collaborative, a dialogue between us, attuned to your needs, not a rigid method imposed from outside.

Psychotherapy here is also development: the cultivation of inner strength, awareness, and creative possibility. Together, we explore what supports you to grow not just out of difficulty, but into a life of deeper presence, coherence, and self-trust.
