My approach to psychotherapy is humanistic and person-centred, grounded in the belief that every individual holds within them the capacity for growth and balance. Therapy is not about being “fixed”, it is about remembering what is already whole, and moving at the pace of trust.
In our sessions, we explore what your body already knows. Through sound, breath, and gentle inquiry, we invite your nervous system to find safety again. You learn to respond rather than react to feel grounded, expressive, and alive.

The foundation of my work is trauma-informed and integrative.
I draw from Gestalt therapy, somatic experiencing, mindfulness practices, sound therapy, and NSDR to support nervous system regulation and reconnection with inner resources. Each session is collaborative, a dialogue between us, attuned to your needs, not a rigid method imposed from outside.
Psychotherapy here is also development: the cultivation of inner strength, awareness, and creative possibility. Together, we explore what supports you to grow not just out of difficulty, but into a life of deeper presence, coherence, and self-trust.
