A 3-Month Nervous System Reset & Burnout Prevention Program

Ground Control© is a three-month journey designed to bring you back to your center to reconnect with your body, your breath, and your inner clarity. In a world of constant output and overstimulation, this program offers a soft landing:

a grounded, structured, yet spacious approach to restoring balance in the nervous system, reducing chronic stress, and preventing burnout.

Rooted in evidence-based therapeutic frameworks like Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Gestalt Therapy, and Somatic Experiencing, this program combines ancient and modern tools including NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), breathwork, and sound healing.

Each week, participants will come together in a supportive group setting (max. 25 people) for in-person sessions held in a calm studio environment. These 90-minute sessions provide a consistent rhythm of safety, embodiment, and self-awareness.

What makes Ground Control© unique:

  • Body-first approach: We begin with the body, your most honest communicator using somatic techniques to access deeper layers of awareness.

  • Nervous system literacy: Learn how to recognize dysregulation in yourself and others, and how to shift into a state of rest and repair.

  • Integration of inner & outer work: While many programs focus only on mental insight, Ground Control works across physical, emotional, and cognitive levels.

  • Creative self-regulation: Tools like sound, rhythm, guided visualization, and conscious movement are used to re-pattern old stress responses and cultivate resilience.

  • Weekly 90-minute group sessions over 3 months (12 sessions total)

  • Structured progression through key nervous system and mindfulness themes

  • Optional 1:1 support sessions available as an add-on

  • Somatic “homework” practices and reflection prompts between sessions

  • A collective space of deep listening, shared humanity, and psychological safety
