Let’s Work Together
How it works
Begin with a discovery call
Schedule a 20-minute discovery call
Every starting point begins with a free 20-minute intro call a gentle, no-pressure conversation where we:
meet each other in a grounded, human way
briefly explore what you’re experiencing right now
clarify what kind of support feels right for you
answer your questions about format, timing, and structure
This call gives you clarity before committing to anything. It’s a chance to sense into what feels supportive and aligned.
How to book: email jana@jana-antar-tara.net or use the contact form below
Decide on the right pathway
After our call, you’ll have a sense of what feels like the best next step. Here are the options:
Ground Control a 3-Month Nervous System Reset
A structured, supportive journey designed to:
stabilize the nervous system . reduce chronic stress and burnout risk . build emotional clarity & creative flow . restore a grounded sense of rhythm and balance
Ground Control harmonizes evidence-based practices such as NSDR, somatic techniques, mindfulness, breathwork & sound within weekly sessions,
with optional 1:1 support if you want deeper personalization
This path is ideal if you want a rhythm and framework for sustained change rather than single sessions.
Psychotherapy (1:1)
Collaborative, trauma-informed therapy tailored to where you are now.
Sessions are:
dialogical and attuned to your needs . rooted in humanistic, somatic & integrative approaches . oriented toward regulation, self-awareness & creative coherence
Psychotherapy is for you if you want ongoing, individualized support to work through life transitions, stress responses, relational patterns, anxiety, or burnout.
Burnout Prevention 1:1 Sessions
A focused, individualized set of sessions designed to help you:
identify early signs of burnout . learn somatic and nervous-system tools . integrate sustainable creative resilience . cultivate grounded energy and emotional sovereignty
This option is great if you want specific burnout prevention work without committing to a longer program.
