A session with me is a space to slow down and reconnect to your body, your breath, your inner rhythm. We begin by tuning in: through breath-work, subtle movement, or stillness. From this place of awareness, we listen to what’s present without judgment or pressure.

The space we co-create is gentle and grounded. Rooted in mindfulness, somatic awareness, and sound-based practices, our time together meets you exactly where you are. Whether you're moving through stress, creative block, or emotional overwhelm, I hold space with sensitivity and presence.

Alongside deep listening and regulation, I share practical tools for grounding, for self-soothing, for navigating intense emotions or life transitions. Tools you can return to in your own time, in your own way.

Sound Therapy is a holistic healing practice that utilizes sound vibrations to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve overall well-being. This therapeutic approach involves the use of various sound instruments such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and the human voice to create harmonic frequencies that resonate with the body and mind. Sound therapy can help balance energy levels, release tension, enhance meditation and mindfulness practices, and facilitate emotional release and to support healing on physical, emotional, and spiritual levels.

Breathwork is a healing modality that focuses on conscious control and manipulation of the breath to promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being. Through various breathing techniques and exercises, breathwork aims to release tension, reduce stress, increase energy levels, and facilitate emotional processing and healing.

Somatic Experiencing can be effective in treating various forms of trauma, including developmental trauma, acute stress reactions, and PTSD. It is often used in conjunction with other therapeutic modalities to provide comprehensive support for trauma recovery and healing.

Meditation is a practice that involves training the mind to focus and redirect thoughts, ultimately leading to a state of mental clarity, emotional calmness, and heightened awareness. It encompasses a wide range of techniques and traditions, but the fundamental purpose is to cultivate mindfulness, concentration, and inner peace.

NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) is a powerful relaxation technique that induces a state of deep rest while maintaining full consciousness. Often referred to as "yogic sleep," it combines guided meditation with body awareness practices to systematically relax the body and mind. This process allows you to experience profound physical, mental, and emotional rejuvenation without the need for sleep.

By activating the parasympathetic nervous system, NSDR facilitates deep rest and recovery on both a physiological and psychological level. It helps to lower stress, enhance emotional resilience, and promote recovery, allowing you to reset your nervous system and experience greater balance and clarity. This practice supports the body’s natural ability to restore itself, making it an essential tool for overall well-being and sustained performance.

Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that involves the transfer of universal life force energy through the practitioner's hands to the recipient, promoting balance, relaxation, and healing on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels.
