My name is Jana - Ma Antar Tara.

Transformative Coach | Sound Therapist | Humanistic and person-centred Therapist |

My name is Jana, also known as Ma Antar Tara.
I’m a certified transformative coach and currently training in psychotherapy. This path is not only my profession; it’s a lifelong devotion.

My work is rooted in mindfulness, trauma-informed care, and a deep trust in the body’s natural intelligence. I create safe spaces where tension can release, the nervous system can soften, and the creative self can reawaken.

I draw on a wide range of modalities, including sound therapy, somatic practices, breathwork, meditation, Reiki, yoga, and NSDR; to support people in reconnecting with their inner rhythm. This is not about fixing.

It’s about remembering what’s already whole within you.

Alongside my integrative approach, I bring over 20 years of experience in the creative industries:
As founder and director of an international artist agency and record label
As a personal manager for over 25 artists worldwide
And in executive roles at Native Instruments, where I supported HR and leadership teams

These experiences give me a unique understanding of the pressures artists, creatives, and cultural workers face and how important it is to care for the nervous system, spark creative flow, and stay grounded in challenging times.

Whether you’re seeking support with stress, burnout, anxiety or longing to reconnect with your creativity and inner calm I’m here to walk alongside you. Gently. Honestly. With care.

I’m currently available for consulting engagements.

I’m based in Berlin.

After graduating with a degree in fashion design, I spent several years immersed in the music scene, running a booking and management agency as well as a record label, where I helped build and manage artist careers.

Alongside this, I worked as a recruiting specialist and people partner for major companies, advising CEOs and leadership teams on strategic talent management and organizational development.

Over time, my interest shifted toward the transformative and healing power of music and human connection. This led me back to university, where I began studying psychotherapy.

To deepen my practice, I traveled to Rishikesh, India, and completed teacher trainings in meditation, Hatha yoga, Yoga Nidra (Non-Sleep Deep Rest), and sound therapy.

I’m now a certified humanistic psychotherapist, sound therapist, facilitator in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), Conscious Connected Breathwork, NSDR and Somatic Release.
