Sessions here aren’t about being fixed. There's nothing to fix. It's about understanding what's been happening — in your life, in your body, in the patterns you've been living inside and having the space to move differently.

We work through what's present: the anxiety that lives under the success, the creative block that isn't laziness, the exhaustion that sleep doesn't touch.
Sessions draw from Gestalt, Client -centred talk, Somatic experiencing, Sound therapy, Mindfulness and NSDR.

The approach follows you, not the other way around. We work at the pace your nervous system can actually use.

For those who want to work with their cycle: I integrate cycle-aware pacing into sessions, recognising that focus, emotional access and resilience shift across phases.
What you need in week one is genuinely different from what you need in week four. I work with that difference, not against it.

What does the first session look like?
We talk. I listen. We figure out together what you need and whether this feels like the right fit. No pressure to commit to anything.

I'm already in therapy elsewhere. Can this still work?
Yes — many people work with me alongside existing therapy. We'd talk through how to make it complementary rather than conflicting.

Can we work online?
Yes. Online sessions work just as well for most people.
